Why It Matters

What Your Company Gains

"The WOB-AL Index is not a compliance exercise — it is Albania's most visible corporate governance benchmark. Companies that engage gain data, recognition, and strategic positioning with investors, partners, and policymakers."

Free Governance Benchmark

Receive your five-pillar WOB-AL score and sector comparisons — data your board and ESG teams would otherwise pay to commission.

The annual Report is distributed to development finance institutions and investors. High-scoring companies are featured as sector leaders.

Employer Brand Signal:

Acknowledged participation signals to top talent that your company takes governance seriously. WOB-AL membership access included.

Policy Influence:

Index findings inform WOB-AL's advocacy on Albania's Law on Gender Equality. Your data shapes national policy direction.
